If you’re a mom, feeling tired, overstimulated, or like your nervous system never fully gets a break — this space is for you.
This Mommy & Me soundbath offers a gentle reset through calming sound and frequency, helping soothe both mama and baby. There’s no pressure to “do” anything right. Babies are welcome to move, nurse, fuss, or nap. You’re free to rest, breathe, and soften — without explaining or apologizing.
This is a small, supportive gathering created to offer you a moment of calm, connection, and care — for you and the little human who depends on you so deeply. $25 suggested donation for you and your little.
